Indoor Furniture

Allowing your furniture to be exposed to harsh Ultraviolet sunlight for prolonged periods of time may result in a slight change in the finish color. Gently wipe over the frames with a moist, clean cloth to remove dust or spills and vacuum the woven parts with a soft brush attachment.

The wooden parts of our indoor furniture are made of natural mahogany. Apply a wood surface cleaner like Pledge to keep the wood dust-free and shiny.

For major liquid spills, remove all upholstery, hose the natural woven material (whether it be wicker, seagrass or water hyacinth) and place the furniture outside or in a drying room to dry. Please note that it is important that the furniture is dried completely and not remain wet or damp for any length of time as this will result in mould and subsequent deterioration of the natural woven material.

Abaca is a natural untreated handmade product and will absorb moisture and dry out in direct relation to climate conditions. To avoid any deterioration it is recommended that the environment be dry and well ventilated.

Our indoor fabrics are made of a combination of Polyester, Rayon and Cotton. They are fade resistant, soft to touch, and are machine-washable.

Outdoor Furniture

Our products are carefully crafted from the finest materials to withstand all weather conditions and will remain beautiful with minimal care and maintenance. Simply clean with mild soap and water and a sponge or soft brush regularly. Use only a garden hose to clean residue that may have clogged in between the weave.

Do not clean using abrasive cleaning materials or a scouring pad as scratches may remain on the surface. And NEVER use a pressure washer as the high pressure will damage the surface of the resin.

The wooden parts of our outdoor furniture are made of natural teakwood and subject to discoloration and will naturally weather. This will not affect the structural integrity. The weathering process depends on the amount of exposure to sunlight and rain. To restore the teakwood to its natural color and beauty, simply apply teak oil twice a year.

Our cushions are made with 100% reticulated foam (www.ez-dri.com) allowing for excellent water drainage and no mould build-up.

Our outdoor fabrics are made of a 100% solution-dyed acrylic from Sunbrella. They are fade resistant, soft to touch, and are machine-washable. You can spot wash our Sunbrella fabric cushions by sponging briskly with a solution of natural soap in lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove soap and air dry. For removable cushion covers, machine wash in cold water with a mild soap, then air dry. For recommended cleaning of more stubborn stains, visit www.sunbrella.com

During extreme or freezing temperatures or if your outdoor furniture is not going to be used for an extended period of time, we recommend you store in a cool, dry place or use outdoor furniture covers.
